FAQs


Do we have to wear socks?
Yes. Everyone, INCLUDING ADULTS,
must wear socks throughout the entire facility.
We have socks for sale, just in
case you forget to bring yours.

Do you charge
by the hour for play?
No. At Let's Play we charge an admission
fee which entitles the child to unlimited
play for the entire day.

Exit and re-entry IS allowed with a
valid admission receipt from the same day.


Can we leave the center and
return again later?
Yes!
At Let's Play, your admission is good for the
ENTIRE DAY. You can leave at any time and come
back at anytime during our normal business hours.
that day without paying another admission.

Just keep your receipt. To re-enter without paying another admission fee, you must have your original admission receipt from that same day.

Party guests will enjoy two hours of play time plus one hour in our private party room.

What play options do you have
for my toddler?
Let's Play has something for children of all ages.
While our play structure and other play areas
cater mostly to children ages 2 and up, there are
many options for kids under 2 as well.  For babies
and toddlers we have a special area that is
completely separated from the other areas by a
36" high see-through baby gate system.  The
parents can stay in the tot area with their
baby, or they can sit just outside the area
and observe while their baby enjoys open play
time with toys that will entertain them, while also
sparking their imaginations and cognitive thinking.  
Toddlers will also enjoy many of the other
activities available at Let's Play, such as the
playhouse, play kitchen, and train table.

For their safety, we require that children under 2 have an adult with them in the play structure; and during busy times, we recommend that children under 3 have an adult with them while playing in the play structure.

Do kids 10 - 14 years old
enjoy Let's Play, also?
Absolutely!!  There are several areas
of Let's Play that older kids enjoy. The
zip line is a favorite, as well as the
speed slide, tube slide, and Wacky Ball.

Older kids also enjoy our
Black Light Nights.

Can I leave my children
at Let's Play?
No.  Let's Play is not a child care facility so
you cannot leave your children at Let's Play unattended.
 

Are adults allowed in the
play structure?
Yes!!  We encourage you to play with your
children in all of the play areas at Let's Play,
including the play structure.

Does Let's Play serve food, or can we bring in our own food?
For your convenience, we have a vending
machine offering snacks, water, apple juice and other
beverages for you to purchase.

Let's Play allows outside food, also. So, pack your
child's favorite lunch or snacks, or buy
them here - it's your choice!

(This does NOT apply to unscheduled parties in the play area.
All parties must be reserved with Let's Play.
There will be a $50 charge for all unscheduled parties in the play area.)
